01
One answer, a complete reasoning review
The public learning walkthrough contains a question from RN Clarity and the explanation for the correct and incorrect options. Try the hint, submit an answer and inspect the references. The walkthrough is free to explore. Assessment wording remains English.
Use the rationale to answer three questions: which finding mattered, why your chosen action fits the question, and why the alternatives are less appropriate. Then write a one-sentence reminder in your own words.
02
Follow all six clinical judgment steps
The public NGN demonstration follows changing patient information through six linked decisions. Open the walkthrough to examine the case, reveal teaching explanations and move between steps. This is an educational demonstration; it does not save a personal study score.
The clinical judgment sequence follows the six functions in the 2026 NCLEX-RN Test Plan: recognise cues, analyse cues, prioritise hypotheses, generate solutions, take action and evaluate outcomes. A walkthrough supports understanding; it does not establish a product’s superiority or a learner’s future result.

03
Mistake DNA: make a pattern actionable
Illustrative example, not a student outcome: you repeatedly miss safety questions because you choose an intervention before noticing a change in the patient’s condition. Read the pattern explanation, open targeted practice and review the relevant concept. Check whether the same mistake recurs in a later set.
Your personal Mistake DNA uses your own saved attempts in the study workspace. A public example cannot display your personal analysis. Feature access follows the active plan.
04
Analytics: read the denominator
Illustrative example: 3 correct answers out of 5 and 30 correct out of 50 both equal 60%, but the samples are different. Read the attempt count, content mix and date range beside an accuracy trend. Avoid calling a small change a reliable improvement.
Study analytics can help choose the next learning action. RN Clarity’s practice difficulty and accuracy measures are not official NCLEX calibration and do not predict pass or fail.
05
Floor Ready: connect concepts to communication
Open a relevant foundation or body-system lesson after reviewing a difficult question. Read the explanation, inspect the diagram and use Floor Language to practise a bedside phrase. In Canada, follow the employer’s local policy, regulator standards and orientation for actual practice.
Optional translations support selected interface and saved teaching text. Public French Canada resources are separately readable pages. RN Clarity’s assessment question stems and answer choices remain English.
