Licence and registration verification for nurses in the GCC
Licence and registration verification for NCLEX-RN learners in the GCC. Follow a practical checklist, identify the right official authority and keep study, registration and travel tasks clear.

Map every registration you have held
Separate your country of nursing education from your current GCC employer and each authority where you hold a licence. Moving between employers or GCC states may leave records with several issuing institutions.
- List each authority, registration category, number and status.
- Separate education records from licensing and employer records.
- Check whether past registrations also require verification.
Follow the receiving authority’s format
A copy of a licence, direct verification and an employment reference serve different purposes. Ask what the destination regulator or approved evaluator requires instead of substituting one for another.
- Required form and recipient address.
- Direct delivery versus an applicant upload.
- Fee, processing estimate and any validity period.

Track the handoff
Keep a dated request log. If a portal shows a document as missing, compare sender confirmation with receiver acknowledgment before requesting another paid copy.
- Sent date and reference.
- Confirmed receipt.
- Any mismatch or follow-up request.
Put the guide into practice
Explore a question and NGN case, review your next learning goal and use the language selector for optional partial study support.
