Terms of Service

By using RN Clarity ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

Educational use only

All practice items are original educational content. We do not quote real NCLEX-RN® exam material. The Service is for NCLEX-RN® preparation only and is not a substitute for nursing school curriculum or licensed clinical guidance.

Clinical decisions and exam outcomes

RN Clarity provides educational study support, not medical advice, patient-specific recommendations, professional supervision, licensure or an exam-pass guarantee. Scores and study recommendations are not predictions of exam results. Verify clinical information against current authoritative guidance, medication references, local policies and a qualified supervisor before applying it in practice. Do not enter patient-identifying information into the Service.

Translations and AI study support

Optional translations help with understanding and learning. They may contain errors, omissions or differences in meaning. Compare them with the English source and report discrepancies through our contact page. AI explanations may also be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on either for patient care. Accepting a translation notice does not waive your statutory rights or release us from responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use and content ownership

Use your account for your own study. Do not share credentials, redistribute paid content, upload real confidential exam material or patient records, interfere with security, or use the Service unlawfully. Your subscription grants access during its stated term; it does not transfer ownership of RN Clarity content. Rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.

Payments

The price, currency and total displayed in the checkout apply to that purchase. The Monthly plan renews automatically each calendar month until cancelled. The 90-Day, 180-Day and Yearly plans are single payments for exactly 90, 180 and 365 days respectively; they do not renew automatically. Existing plan-specific benefits and eligible app-managed pause allowances apply.

For website Monthly billing, cancel future renewal through your RN Clarity subscription settings. For a Monthly purchase billed by Apple or Google Play, manage or cancel renewal in that store. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not by itself refund a payment or restart an access period. Deleting the app or your RN Clarity account does not cancel store billing.

Where native purchases are available, the App Store or Google Play supplies the localized checkout price. Restoring purchases retrieves remaining verified access for the RN Clarity account used for the purchase; it does not restart a paid pass. Bookstore purchases remain separate from study memberships.

Refunds

Website plans retain our 10-day money-back guarantee. For purchases billed by Apple or Google Play, use the applicable store refund process described in the Refund Policy. Refund eligibility and processing depend on the applicable policy and law. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law; where consent is required, we will request it. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
