25 visual learning modules

Four foundations cover medication safety, physiology and clinical reasoning, population health and diagnostics. Twenty-one system modules provide presentations, infographics, teaching explanations and sources across clinical subjects. Use lesson text and sources alongside the visuals.

Floor Language and Pronunciation

The public communication library contains 400 workplace words and phrases, with plain-language meanings, pronunciation audio and three fictional conversations per entry. Its 1,600 recordings support listening and conversation practice. Search by department, topic or conversation type.

Country RN-role comparison guides

Separate guides under 12 country pages compare clinical responsibility and workflow with destination settings. Named regulatory examples apply to their jurisdiction. Registration, competence and employer policy determine what a nurse may do; educational origin does not establish individual competence.

ShiftMate and bedside books

ShiftMate is an on-device organizer with private aliases, Now/Next/Later reminders, Break Mode and an end-of-shift memory sweep. The bookstore offers separately purchased digital nursing books with readable samples. Book purchases are separate from app membership.

Preparation for learning on the floor

Use these resources to prepare better questions for a preceptor, rehearse a handoff or review a concept before orientation. They do not grant clinical authorization, replace local policy or certify independent practice readiness.

What access do I need?

The Floor Ready overview and communication library have public pages. Module pages describe available lesson content and learning formats. Saved or personalized app features may require an account. Digital books are separate purchases.

Common questions
