NCLEX-RN Philippines Cost Planner: USD and PHP

Quick answer
For U.S. licensure, NCLEX registration is US$200 before February 1, 2027 and US$350 from that date. Testing internationally adds US$150; taxes and other services may apply. Enter local costs and your provider’s exchange rate separately.
The registration date determines the published exam fee
The announced increase applies from February 1, 2027. The relevant date is when you register, not simply the date on which you sit the examination. NCSBN’s FAQ says the other fees remain unchanged.
This planner is for a U.S. licence with testing in the Philippines. Canadian registration uses CAD: CAD360 now, CAD570 from February 1, 2027, plus CAD150 for international scheduling. Use the Canadian planner for that destination.
- Check the official table immediately before payment.
- Include tax where applicable.
- Do not assume examination registration includes a nursing-board application.

A useful budget has unknowns
School records, certified translations, courier delivery, travel and credential services vary. A blank category is unconfirmed, not free. Add only services that your destination actually requires.
The optional PHP conversion uses the rate you enter. It is an estimate, not a live exchange quote. Your payment provider may add conversion or card charges. Keep those separate so you can see why your final payment differs.
- Ask for an itemised quotation rather than one unexplained agency total.
- Check refunds and deadlines before buying a service.
- Retain official receipts; avoid sharing card details through messages.
