Quick answer
The official July 2026 international-centre list names Manila/Makati and Muntinlupa City/Alabang. That list identifies locations, not open appointments. Check the official Pearson locator and your scheduling account for current options, then use the address on your appointment confirmation. You need an ATT to schedule. Do not assume a review centre, another Pearson exam venue or a social-media slot advertisement is an authorised NCLEX appointment.

Use the newest official location information
As of the September 22 check, the official list shows Manila at Trident Tower in Makati and Muntinlupa City at One Trium Tower in Alabang. It does not list Cebu. This does not prove that locations can never change: follow the live locator before planning a trip and confirm the actual venue after booking.
A listed centre is not an available slot
Scheduling depends on your ATT window and the appointments Pearson offers. If a centre or date is absent, widen your permitted date search or contact Pearson Candidate Services. Do not assume a universal monthly NCLEX schedule, guaranteed release time or purchasable priority slot. Save the official appointment confirmation and recheck it before travelling.
Check identification before travelling
For an international test centre, the official ID policy lists a passport book or card and specifies validity, photograph, signature and name conditions. Your first and last names must match the registration. A PRC card alone is not the international passport requirement. If there is a legal name change or missing signature, resolve it under the official ID instructions in advance.
Online review is not an online NCLEX appointment
NCSBN is developing NCLEX Online, but its current page says it is not launching in 2026 and gives no launch date. Online preparation does not let you sit the current examination at home. Follow the official scheduling process for your actual appointment.
Plan your next steps
- Obtain the ATT
- Open the official locator
- Check dates within your ATT window
- Book and save confirmation
- Verify the venue, ID and travel plan
Common mistakes to avoid
- Booking travel based only on a PDF location list
- Assuming a cancelled slot will be available to another candidate
- Using a review-centre advertisement as a test-centre confirmation
A listed location does not guarantee an available slot. Check current official details.
