How to work through the ECG challenge

  1. Look at each of the five synthetic strips before opening its rhythm dropdown. Use the same observation sequence every time: rate, regularity, P waves, intervals and QRS width.
  2. Choose one rhythm for every strip, then check the full set. Read the explanation for each result and identify the observation that separated your choice from the displayed answer.
  3. Reset the set if you want another attempt. The optional seven-day brush-up plan asks for your name and email; the five-strip challenge and its feedback can be used without an account.

These strips are educational illustrations, not patient ECGs. A real rhythm assessment also needs the patient's condition, pulse and perfusion, with local clinical guidance.
